From your first enquiry to the final teardown, we take care of every creative and technical detail. Our service is designed to make the experience effortless for you and your planner, leaving you free to enjoy your celebration.
1. Secure Your Date
Submit your event details through our enquiry form. Once we confirm availability and discuss your vision, a deposit secures your date and reserves your display.
2. Your Professional Photoshoot
A professional photoshoot before your event is mandatory. Exceptional photography is essential to achieving a beautifully detailed finish.
The majority of your images must be portrait-oriented to fill the screens and show your photographs at their best. A small selection of landscape images are welcome, alongside high-quality mobile photos of meaningful, candid moments. These complement your professional gallery; they do not replace the required photoshoot.
3. Editorial Curation & Bespoke Design

4. Review & Refine
You have the final say on the look of your display. We share digital proofs of your curated gallery and animated graphics, then refine the presentation through your feedback until you are completely happy with the result.
5. White-Glove Event Execution
On the day, we manage delivery, setup and every technical detail. A dedicated on-site technician stays throughout your celebration, overseeing the display and its transitions from welcome drinks to the final dance. When the event ends, we take care of teardown and collection.
